Day 1 – Arrival / Airport to Kandy
Begin your journey with a warm Sri Lankan welcome at the airport. On your way to the hill capital, Kandy, visit the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, home to rescued elephants. Continue to explore the Gem Museum, witness the Kandyan Cultural Dance performance, and visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, one of Buddhism’s holiest shrines. End your evening with a peaceful walk around the Kandy Lake, surrounded by lush greenery.
Day 2 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
After breakfast, head towards the enchanting hill town of Nuwara Eliya, famously known as Little England. En route, stop at the stunning Ramboda Falls and the revered Hanuman Temple. Visit a tea factory and plantation to experience the art of making Ceylon Tea. Upon arrival, unwind by the serene Gregory Lake, enjoying the cool climate and colonial charm.
Day 3 – Nuwara Eliya to Bentota
Depart the hills and journey towards the golden southern coast. On the way, enjoy thrilling white-water rafting in Kitulgala. Upon reaching Bentota, visit the Turtle Hatchery to learn about marine conservation and embark on a relaxing Madhu Ganga boat safari, gliding through mangrove forests and witnessing river life up close.
Day 4 – Bentota to Colombo
