Day 1 – Airport to Hotel (Sigiriya)
Your adventure begins the moment you arrive in Sri Lanka. You’ll be warmly welcomed at the airport and taken to your hotel in Sigiriya. After settling in, enjoy a traditional village tour surrounded by scenic paddy fields and local charm — complete with a delicious authentic lunch served in true Sri Lankan style.
Day 2 – Discover Sigiriya
Wake up early to climb the world-famous Sigiriya Rock Fortress, an awe-inspiring UNESCO World Heritage Site offering breathtaking panoramic views. Continue to the nearby Pidurangala Rock, a hidden gem with equally stunning sights. In the evening, set off on an exciting Habarana jeep safari to witness wild elephants roaming freely in their natural habitat.
Day 3 – Sigiriya to Kandy
After breakfast, journey towards Kandy — the cultural capital of Sri Lanka. Along the way, visit a fragrant spice and herbal garden and learn about the island’s ancient herbal traditions. Once in Kandy, explore the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, stroll around the tranquil Kandy Lake, enjoy a colourful cultural dance performance, and end your evening discovering dazzling treasures at the Gem Museum.
Day 4 – Kandy to Nuwara Eliya
This day takes you to the mist-covered hills of Nuwara Eliya, fondly known as “Little England.” Visit the revered Hanuman Temple, tour a lush tea plantation and factory to learn the art of Ceylon tea making, stop by the beautiful Ramboda Falls, and unwind by the peaceful Gregory Lake.
Day 5 – Nuwara Eliya to Bentota
After breakfast, travel down from the hills to the southern coast. En route, enjoy an exhilarating white-water rafting experience — a thrilling highlight for adventure lovers! Later, arrive at Bentota, where you can simply relax by the beach and soak up the tropical sunshine.
Day 6 – Explore Bentota
Today is all about coastal bliss and exploration. Cruise along the scenic Madu Ganga River on a boat safari surrounded by mangroves, visit the turtle hatchery to meet adorable baby turtles, and spend the evening indulging in exciting water sports or watching a beautiful sunset by the shore.
