All bookings made with Harrow Lanka Tours are subject to availability and confirmation. Once you confirm a booking, you will receive an invoice or confirmation email detailing your travel arrangements, including dates, itinerary, and costs. It is your responsibility to review all details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of package or service selected. The remaining balance must be settled by the date specified in your confirmation. Payments can be made via secure methods such as bank transfer, card payment, or other approved channels. Please note that bookings may be cancelled if payment deadlines are not met. Prices quoted are based on current rates and may be subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or revisions in government taxes. Any such changes will be communicated promptly before final confirmation.

Cancellations made by the traveller must be submitted in writing via email. The cancellation will only take effect once we have received and acknowledged it. Depending on the notice period, cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative and supplier costs. In certain cases, refunds may not be available if third-party partners, such as hotels or airlines, impose their own restrictions. If Harrow Lanka Tours is required to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, political unrest, or safety concerns, we will offer an alternative date, a credit note, or a refund as appropriate.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travellers. It is your responsibility to ensure that your insurance covers medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and personal belongings. Harrow Lanka Tours will not be held responsible for any loss, damage, illness, or injury during your trip unless caused by proven negligence on our part. Passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel documents are also the sole responsibility of the traveller. We are happy to provide guidance but cannot be held liable for delays or issues resulting from incomplete documentation.

During your journey, we expect all travellers to act respectfully towards guides, fellow passengers, and local communities. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or unsafe may result in immediate termination of the trip without refund. While we strive to deliver all services as described, certain adjustments may be necessary due to weather, traffic, or other local conditions. We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodation, or transport to ensure your safety and comfort.

All images and descriptions on our website are intended to provide a general idea of the experience and may not represent exact conditions on your travel date. Every effort is made to ensure accuracy, but minor variations may occur. Harrow Lanka Tours shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

By booking with Harrow Lanka Tours, you agree that Sri Lankan law shall govern these Terms and Conditions, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
